Pursued new video conference marketing efforts securing three new contracts with large corporations (e.g. State Farm, DuPont), increasing revenues 40%. Standardized monthly licensing reporting process. INS needed a consistent "back-office, " process for tracking centralized head end video distribution service in order to provide compliant monthly reporting. Built standard form to fulfill contractual reporting obligations for video content providers. Enabled customers to accurately report/pay monthly licensing fees in a controlled way. Formed video consortium to work with FCC. Selected by NTCA to recruit a consortium of advisors to help with regulatory and industry video issues affecting association member companies. Created special task force, that increased ability to respond specifically to FCC regulations and Capitol Hill legislation affecting rural independent telecommunications providers. Parts of the state did not receive many televised state/local sporting events.
