Problems inherited were civil subcontractor not performing, mechanical/electrical subcontractor behind schedule on fabrication, and an uncooperative customer standing in the way of schedule progression. Cooling tower & cooling water systems. The Porto Velho installation was a single LM6000 CTG w/Inlet Chiller substation liquid fuel system w/fuel treatment centrifuges control system and buildings counter flow cooling tower and cooling water systems. Despite the problems encountered both projects were completed on time and under budget with LD's paid to S&S by the customer for Manaus. Approximate Project Value Manaus - $38,000,000 USD.
