Noteworthy Accomplishments: * Participated in Kaizen Events, which lead to co-presenting Lean Training to production personnel. * Analyzed numerous process oils for unique characteristics to improve processing time, leading to the development of a single-source oil supplier that generated significant cost savings. * Implemented the use of AutoCAD LT throughout the plant, which increased the number of qualified individuals capable of developing prints for tooling. * Developed and built testing equipment to solve production line issues. Noteworthy Accomplishments: * Oversaw design and implementation of daily delivery of purchased parts for Toyota JIT (Just-in-Time) manufacturing system, including plant layout, material flow, and production line replenishment. * Collaborated on advanced quality planning as part of the Chrysler Neon program and the Ford F-150 turbo diesel truck program.
