Most recently, I worked at Baxter Healthcare as a Sr. Marketing Manager where I managed a global generic injectable cardiovascular portfolio of $252M. The US region made up ~90% of sales and was my main focus. I was a product leader accountable for expanding the existing portfolio through internal and external development. My portfolio consisted of 22 injectable drugs ranging from peak sales of $500K - $50M throughout a 5-year period. I identified key molecules and provided molecule specific forecasts, ASPs and P&Ls by gaining alignment with cross-functional stakeholders. I supported a number of new product launches for the US region by working with agencies, conducting market research and organizing a monthly KOL panel. This helped me create new product launch materials which contained value proposition statements, highlighted key product attributes and differentiation, sales brochures and competitive analysis tools for the internal team.
