Scored 94% for Unit Safety officer position for our AVUM (support maintenance unit)by the Forscom Safety team inspection. I had volunteered for the position and built it from the ground up. I have also been the platoon leader (supervisor) for approximately 20 crewchiefs from 2004-2009 supporting 30 OH58D helicopters. My last acheivement has been as the Officer in Charge and Production Control (remote ops) for 10 aircraft and 30 maintenance personnel for 15 months at Camp Speicher Iraq-7 days a week, 24 hrs a day.

  • Supervised 20 personnel (crewchiefs) on maintenance teams and 6 non-commissioned officers (sub-managers) in all aspects of maintenance. Controlled Ground equipment (hundreds of thousands $), aircraft petroleum supplies, crewchief training in army maintenance policies and regulations, troubleshooting of aircaft systems, and test flights for OH58D helicopters.
