  • • Self employed consultant in the area of process and materials development, quality, reliability evaluation and failure analysis. Activities include development of cleanroom process, equipment, materials and electrical evaluation of the material with an eye towards improved quality and reliability performance. Development of new qualification methodologies as well as training in use of standard methods such as HTOL, HAST.

Managed a staff of 10 Engineers and Materials Scientists • Developed Ferroelectric based PZT films to support greater than 1E15 read write cycles. • Created sputtering and sol-gel processes for the production of all products. • Responsible for the technology transfer of all materials related issues with alliance partners in Japan, Korea, China and Europe.
