  • Hired on as a part time merchindiser. Responsible for new store set up for Staples. Setting stores to Planogram for grand openings. Unpacking, pricing,orginizing the stores to the correct layout.Working with Albertsons and Longs drugs for cosmetice resets. This company is outsourced to merchindise certain product line for the above companies.

  • Faciltated and opened 5 locations for Alfred Angelo Bridal,while managing the Upland store where I to improve sales by 3% perecent while dropping payroll by 630 hours.I also re-established credibility after customer service declined.Responsibilites for opening the various new locations included partnering with my training teamto hire and develope each Store Manager,Assistant Manager,Keyholder,Sales team and receivivg personnel ensuring that the new hires had a clear understanding of all polices and expectations of the company.Partnered with the corporate officeto help ensure that timelines were successfully met for each store to be ready for grand opening,which included meeting with contractors on a daily basis,receiving and stocking of all merchindise and set the Stores to various Planograms.Had the privilege of working with the designers,local businesses and The Chamber Of Commerecein the setting up of each grand opening to promote the items,community involement and networking opportunities.Continued after grand opening to partner and mentor each new store making sure that their daily and weekly sales goal were being met.
