RssLegal Secretary

April 24, 2009 To Whom It May Concern: Thank you for taking the time to review my resume. Though I have been out of the buisness field for many years, my previous employment has afforded me the opportunity to keep up on my office skills. I have a very outgoing personality, and love meeting new people. I am comfortable with all office equipment and most computer programs. Those I am not familar with, I am able to learn quickly. I can type 70 wpm, answer multi-line phone systems, and am able to prioritize and attend several tasks at one time. Prior to moving to the Southern Illinois area, I worked as a legal secretary for an attorney with two associates and was in charge of typing and filing of legal documents, payroll, answering phones and client services. I also worked for the Missouri State Office of the Public Defender as a secretary/receptionist, I also worked for a title company as a Data Entry Clerk. I am eager to return to the workforce and would love an entry level position with your company. Once again thank you for taking the time to review my resume and look forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerely, Fran Hammock
