In addition to optimizing every potential lead, I rely heavily on my personal network to develop new business and I am accustomed to working from my home office and training and motivating in-house sales staff, manufacturer’s representatives and OEM’s. My current ACT database represents hundreds of injection molders, extruders and mold builders in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, and some in California, Texas and beyond, who value my integrity and resourcefulness in providing the most cost-effective solutions. I shorten the decision-making cycle by conferring with everyone involved before preparing a proposal; all “wants” are aligned with justified “needs” before we discuss price.
