I am the Nutrition Services Director at a leading distributor in Springfield, MO. I am relocating to Portland in September and am seeking a management job in Portland area. I write school menus with Nutri Kids software program and am a ServSafe Instructor/Proctor. I have managed in many capacities and was an Administrator for a Food Broker in Kansas City. My forte is management, nutrition, healthcare, scheduling and teaching. I am thrilled with this opportunity. My mode of operation is positive reinforcement and a hard-working (60 hours a week during the school/healthcare bid season and negotiate contracts and create menus and direct purchasing. I can be contracted to teach ServSafe classes, which I enjoy thoroughly. I work often in kitchens to streamline their staff, scheduling, purchasing and cost efficiency. I work 50-55 hours a week currently and am not opposed to hard work and dealing with difficult or inexperienced staff. I am also not opposed to rolling up my sleeves to get the job done! I've been in Food Service 20+ years and am sure I will retire in this industry. I am looking for a job to call home and for a reputable, honest, secure company. I hope and pray to hear from yours.
