Presently, I am seeking an opportunity to become a team member of a growing company within the area of Relationship Management. My primary focus, expertise and accomplishments thus far have been in within the automotive industry. During most of my career, I have successfully acquired Agents, conducted training and territorial management to generate new business and development of their existing accounts. As a result, I have cultivated many relationships that I value and enjoy with numerous agents/agencies throughout the U.S. and in Canada. To effectively accomplish this goal, I consistently traveled to those agencies to evaluate and recommend strategies for increasing their product sales and customer loyalty. I am a firm believer in building strong business partner relationships that convey a commitment to the financial growth and well-being of both the agent and their customers. In addition to my experience at the carrier level, I was a Zone Manager for American Honda. I recruited, hired and trained District Account Managers to launch the Honda Care and Acura Care Vehicle Service Contract programs. Managing the Service Contract business (production, remittance, claims, etc.) at a Zone level, increased my awareness level, insight and knowledge into the Service Contract industry as a whole. Although this was a factory program, there was extensive acquisition, development and maintenance by both myself and District Account Managers to make the program a success.
