* All melting conditions form alloying, degassing and casting are followed with the standards regulations
* Engaged in the production of high quality and certified aluminum materials, automated extrusion presses, and kevlar handling system provide an ideal environment to develop precision aluminum extrusions
* Ensure that supply are met irrespective of most intricate components with the tightest tolerances in the industry press
* The selection of the alloy for all product is critical to the final product. hence if considering 6061 vs 6063, I must consider every factors necessary and assist in determining the correct alloy for product demands.
* Ideal solution for aluminum forming is ensured
* Facilitate scheduled work orders and assign tasks to team members and Monitor the assembly stages to ensure a continuous work flow
* Assumed supervisory roles occasionally thus esuring production team follows Environmental, Health & Safety requirements and policies.
* Participate in plant safety activities including incident investigation and safety training.
* Assist team members in troubleshooting technical issues.
