-Established fully functional laboratory with staff of five within three months of hiring. Ordered laboratory equipment, supplies, and identified required trainings and certifications necessary for a fully operational laboratory. -Prepared research review article on current drug therapies for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma concurrently with establishing the new laboratory. Article was completed within two months and accepted for publication. -Hired to perform Lymphoma and immunology research without formal training. Developed laboratory contacts to learn immunology research laboratory techniques and established a reliable network of support.
