Experienced Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join our quickly expanding team. The ideal candidate is adept at managing tasks for multiple managers, has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in creating a fun, engaging and efficient workplace. This role is responsible for supporting the executive team and owning overall office management and receptionist responsibilities. Executive Assistant Responsibilities Manage executive team calendars: schedule meetings, coordinate travel and plan events Prepare expense reports Special projects as needed Be available by phone outside of core business hours Edit and create letters, presentations and documentation Office Manager Responsibilities Sit at the front desk and welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories Maintain office security, procedures, and organization Take ownership of ensuring a superior workplace that is fully stocked, clean and operating efficiently - order office supplies, food/drink and furniture as needed Own the relationship with office building management and various vendors to coordinate facilities upkeep Manage vendors and resources, such as suppliers, janitorial service, etc Plan special events that bring employees together: Friday happy hour, special training sessions, parties, etc Serve as first point of contact in greeting vendors, customers, job applicants, etc Manage company’s shipping and receiving needs Provide light HR support Desired Skills and Experience You have a passion for great work and nothing less than your best will do. Required Skills Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience Experience supporting C-level executives Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Google Applications and Salesforce CRM Responsive attitude with clients and colleagues Exceptional attention to detail High degree of professionalism and confidentiality History of working effectively in a team environment while juggling multiple priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willingness to work hard, be strategic, and do the right thing for the business Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
