Having a deep technical knowhow on the Automated Car parking system first of its kind in Kuwait. The Automated Car Parking system calibers both Electrical and mechanical functionality sandwiched to offer a high speed parking automated System, which caters the need of the user in fractions of minutes in upper level automated parking and subsequent retrieval. The parking system is an unique and first of its kind in Kuwait and world having the capacity to handle 2301 cars together with a conventional parking capable of handling 671 cars and hence in a total capable of optimum more than 2972 cars. The design of the structure, the faηade to envelop the structure, electromechanical requirements including minimum load requirements, have all been done under my leadership to keep the project design built. The Concept and detail design and the construction methodology was a challenge and was successfully handled, scheduling to complete a 20 storey building with 3 basements of concrete construction in a comprised period on 10 months and also the car park 23 floors in one year. The above prestigious element of the automated car park in the Court complex adds another feather to my cap.
