Managed the team for the introductions of 42 major electronics releases over ten years. Each release requiring full Supply Chain project plans, staffing decisions & commitments, feasibility assessments, make vs buy, price targets and cost projections, business case reviews, capital projections, and supplier and manufacturer support plans. New products introduced contributed in excess of $1.8B in revenue over ten years. Accountable for monitoring and maintaining target profit margins in spite of market price erosion by coordinating and driving $200M in cost savings activities. Maintained a highly flexible and nibble supply chain consisting of two primary manufacturers, four major supply nodes, two channel partners, and dozens of contract suppliers. Directed multiple special projects and initiatives including, the re-location of product manufacturing to low cost regions twice in six years to successfully capture savings of eight and twelve percent, respectively. Conducted daily overview of remote manufacturing facilities to insure forecast execution through material management operations, inventory control, production allocation and prioritization, continuously improving quality yields and throughput, customer order fill and cost performance. Managed the transfer of manufacturing location for two product lines, consisting of over 100 electronic circuit board manufactured items, in less than 1 year.
