The Job I'm looking for is Help desk Support position. Helping people with there hardware, software and network problems. I'm willing to start from the bottom - Just answering the phones and putting the calls in the ticketing system for the IT Department. First shift, Monday - Friday, Hours between 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
